The arrangement of mass events, which are very popular nowadays, is not an easy task. It requires security for all participants. Proper protection and security are therefore so important.

For this purpose we endeavour to cooperate with promoters from the very moment of scheduling mass events by developing a detailed security plan. Such a plan takes into account the degree of hazard exposure and the number of participants, permitting the tailoring of security measures to the capacity of the venue.

The recommended protection of public events includes:

• body search at entrance gates using metal detectors
• visual surveillance with continuous observation and video recording within the mass event venue
• security reinforcement with motorised intervention groups
• continuous radio communications between promoter’s representative and all personnel responsible for the security at an event
